SCHEDULE: Up to full-time, Saturday, Sunday, Monday plus flexible additional time
SALARY: $18.25 per hour

Position Summary
The Facilities Associate is a part of a team that maintains 30+ acres of buildings and grounds that allow for and encourages the operation of the Company throughout the busy summer season.
Roles & Responsibilities
- General grounds-keeping, mowing, and weeding;
- Trail, walkway and road maintenance;
- Some operation of vehicles, power and heavy equipment;
- Ordering and maintaining supplies;
- General building maintenance including mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical, light carpentry and painting projects;
- Vehicle and equipment maintenance;
- Assistance with company activities’ and programs’ set up and clean up;
- On-site trash hauling and recycling;
- Working to ensure buildings are in a safe and sanitary condition when occupied, and secure when unoccupied.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Characteristics Sought
- Access to email and text;
- A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record;
- A familiarity with power and hand tools;
- Sitting, standing, pushing and pulling, climbing and stooping;
- Reaching with hands and arms, use of hands to finger objects and controls;
- Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds;
- Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision;
- Reading of written, printed and/or computer screen data;
- Excellent personal, organizational, time management and communication skills;
- Regular, punctual attendance with a positive attitude and energy;
- A commitment to values of anti-racism and anti-oppression and personal and/or professional experiences advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility;
- A willingness to work indoors AND out-of-doors;
- Experience in working and communicating effectively with groups of individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, abilities, and experiences;
- Completion of a COVID-19 vaccine regimen and booster, if eligible, prior to employment term, and willingness to test weekly or more as per Company safety guidelines (at Company expense).
