and FLEXpasses!

Shakespeare & Company patrons purchasing individual tickets to shows and events may take advantage of some amazing savings, including youth, senior and military-service discounts. For those Patrons who prefer to purchase ticket packages, FLEXpasses typically go on sale for the upcoming Season during the late-fall or early-winter months, and include Three-show FLEXpasses, good for one ticket to any three shows, and Five-show FLEXpasses, good for one ticket to any five shows staged during that Season.

Year-round Discounts

Unless otherwise noted, discounts apply to all reserved-seating events, except Saturday performances in July and August and opening performances all Season.
Discounts may not be combined; no discounts are available for general admission events or Shakespeare & Company’s annual Gala. Discounted tickets will not be mailed.
Patrons may be asked to show proof-of-residence, age, or employment to pick up tickets at the Box Office. Discounts are subject to change.

Enjoy a $10 savings on regular ticket prices to all Preview Performances (full productions staged prior to the show’s official Opening Night).

For most performances, we offer $22 youth tickets for students ages six – 18, with a maximum of 10 tickets per night. (This offer is subject to availability, and excludes the annual Gala and other fundraisers).

Shakespeare & Company offers 10% discounts to patrons ages 65 or older. Senior discounts are valid for all regularly scheduled, reserved-seating performances except Saturday evening performances. Discounts are also not valid for readings, holiday shows, previews, openings, special events.

Frontline workers and active duty military personnel receive a 25% discount off ticket prices except Saturday evening performances in July and August. Frontline Workers and Active Military discounts are valid on regularly scheduled, reserved-seating performances; the discount is not valid for readings, the holiday show, previews, openings, or special events. A valid ID or proof of full-time employment or active military service may be required at the Box Office. Tickets will not be mailed; there is a limit one ticket per patron.

Full-time Berkshire residents enjoy a 40% discount on show tickets every day except Saturdays in July and August. Berkshire County Resident Discount (BCRD) tickets must be purchased by phone at (413) 637-3353, or at our Box Office. A valid Berkshire County driver’s license is required when picking up your tickets. BCRDs are valid on regularly scheduled, reserved-seating performances; ths discount is not valid for readings, the holiday show, previews, openings, or special events.

Shakespeare & Company offers $5 tickets for up to four people per EBT, WIC, or ConnectorCare card for any performance. Tickets can be reserved over the phone or online using the code “EBT,” “WIC,” or “ConnectorCare.” Processing fees will also be waived. Cardholders may be required to show a card at the Box Office when picking up tickets, and this discount cannot be combined with any other offer or special events.

Card to Culture is a collaboration between Mass Cultural Council and the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health Connector. 2023-24 Ticket Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for performances carried out during inclement weather. In the event of cancellation, the Box Office will email a link to a Google Form with the option to exchange for another performance, retain credit for a future performance, 
or process tickets as a charitable donation.
