Cancellation Policy
Occasionally, the weather may affect your enjoyment of the performance outdoors at the Arthur S. Waldstein Amphitheatre or the Roman Garden Theatre. Most often the show will go on and, depending on the severity of the rain, will be performed as scheduled. If the weather may cause a safety risk for you, the performers, or the staff, the performance will be canceled.
Ticket Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for performances carried out during inclement weather. In the event of cancellation, the Box Office will email a link to a form with the option to exchange for another performance, retain credit for a future performance, or process tickets as a charitable donation.

By Car
From NYC (East side): take FDR Drive to the Major Deegan to the Saw Mill or the Taconic Pkwy; (West side) take the West Side Highway to the Saw Mill or the Taconic Pkwy. From the Saw Mill, take 684 north to 22 north to 23 east to 7 north to Stockbridge. From the Taconic, get off at the Hillsdale/Claverack exit, take 23 E to 7 N to Stockbridge. Follow directions from Stockbridge (below).
From Boston and points east: take Exit 10 off the Mass Pike (Rt. 90) on to Rt. 20 W through Lee for 3.1 miles, then turn left on Plunkett Street – watch for the blue highway sign on the right. Travel for 1.7 miles (through Rt. 7 traffic light) to S&Co on the lefthand side on Kemble Street.
From Albany and points west: take the NY State Thruway extension into Massachusetts (I-90/Mass Pike) and take Exit 10 into Lee and Lenox. Follow the directions from Boston (above).From Pittsfield and points north: take Rt. 7 S to Rt. 7A/Kemble Street (watch for the blue highway sign on left). Turn right at the light. S&Co is 0.9 miles.
From Stockbridge and points south: take Rt. 7 N for 5 miles to the first traffic signal, Rt. 7A/Kemble Street (watch for the blue highway sign on right). Turn left at the Rt. 7A/Kemble Street traffic signal. S&Co is 0.9 miles.
