Shakespeare & Company offers a one-of-a kind experience for guests that adds theatrical flair to any event.
Our amenities include accessible indoor and outdoor stages for ceremonies and receptions; dressing rooms; access to costume, prop, studio space, and scenery rentals; contemporary bar and lounge areas; ample on-site parking; golf cart rentals, and even the option to work with an on-site producer.

Our Venues
Set beneath towering spruce trees, this picturesque performance space features Greek Amphitheatre-style seating for up to 500 augmented by comfortable canvas chairs, beckoning all to relax and enjoy everything the stage has to offer. The theater is accessible.
Tina Packer Playhouse
Inspired by Elizabethan theaters where everybody was close to the action, the air-conditioned, scaffold-and-canvas Tina Packer Playhouse positions audiences on all sides of the stage on two levels. With box seats and comfortable, cushion-backed benches, the Playhouse seats more than 400. Amenities include an indoor bar and lobby, concessions, restrooms, and dressing rooms with showers. The theater is accessible.
Elayne P. Bernstein Theatre
This versatile, intimate stage space seats 200, with four distinct seating configurations for stage presentations and events. The accessible space is highly adaptable and flexible, with amenities including an indoor bar and lobby, concessions, restrooms, and dressing rooms with showers.
Roman Garden Theatre
The Roman Garden Theatre is a unique, 280-seat outdoor venue with comfortable seating and a delightful casual ambiance. Seating is in the round, and surrounded by a garden featuring many of the blooms featured in Shakespeare’s plays.
Rose Footprint Theatre
Our tented, outdoor theater is a reconstruction of the first level of Shakespeare’s first London theater, the Rose Playhouse. Situated in the beautiful Rose Meadow, the space features bleacher seating and removable “groundling” seating for up to 250, with restrooms nearby in Josie’s Place Cafe.
