Sunie Gorey has more than 20 years of experience fostering community engagement and connection, most recently as the Associate Director of Family & Alumni Engagement at The Hotchkiss School.

Sunie spent her childhood dancing at the Nutmeg Ballet and studying acting at the Greater Hartford Academy of the Performing Arts. Sunie studied in the BFA program at Boston University and completed a BA from Pace University. She also holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management.  She has held management roles at the Provincetown Theater and Cape Symphony, both on Cape Cod.

Now settled in the Berkshires with her husband, two children, a dog, and a cat, Sunie embraces the vibrant arts community that surrounds her. She is eager to connect with anyone interested in the flourishing performing arts scene in South County or those who simply wish to appreciate the timeless beauty of Shakespearean verse.
