LORT D productions, $839/week, contracts pending:

  • SHAKE IT UP by Allyn Burrows and Jacob Ming-Trent: 1st rehearsal 6/24, 1st preview 7/1, close 7/6;
  • ROMEO AND JULIET by William Shakespeare: 1st rehearsal 6/10, 1st preview 7/12, close 8/10;
  • THE TAMING OF THE SHREW by William Shakespeare: 1st rehearsal 7/22, 1st preview 8/14, close 8/24.

Some ROMEO AND JULIET actors will also perform in THE TAMING OF THE SHREW;
Some TAMING OF THE SHREW actors may understudy in ROMEO AND JULIET.

  • World premiere THE VICTIM by Lawrence Goodman: 1st rehearsal 6/3, 1st preview 6/19, close 7/20;
  • THE PIANO LESSON by August Wilson: 1st rehearsal 7/15, 1st preview 7/25, close 8/24;
  • MOTHER PLAY by Paula Vogel: 1st rehearsal 8/5, 1st preview 8/29, close 10/5.

Audition Dates & Times
LORT auditions: Friday, March 7, and Monday, March 10, from 10-1:30 & 2:15-5:45 each day, by appointment; walk-ups and non-Equity applicants will be seen as time permits.

SPT auditions: Saturday, March 8, and Sunday, March 9, from 10-1:30 & 2:15-5:45 each day, by appointment; walk-ups and non-Equity applicants will be seen as time permits.

Prepare one short classical / Shakespearean monologue AND one short contemporary monologue; bring resume and headshot stapled to your audition appointment. Equity Members must bring their Equity Membership card to auditions.
