Haley is a graduate of Bennington College in Bennington, Vt. with a Bachelor of Arts focusing in Public Action and Education, with an emphasis on museum education, and has earned a Development Associate Certificate from BCC. In 2015, Haley was named one of Berkshire 25 — the top 25 most dedicated, most creative, and most influential people in The Berkshires, according to Berkshire Magazine. In 2026, Haley was selected as one of the Berkshire 40 Under Forty, a celebration of talented people in the Berkshires, under the age of 40, who have a deep dedication to improving the quality of life for those living and working in our community. Haley has been working at Shakespeare & Company in front of house since 2018, however has a much longer history with the Company participating in the Fall Festival of Shakespeare education programs and later interning in the education department. Haley has also worked at nearby Ventfort Hall Gilded Age Mansion & Museum for 13+ years and is currently their Director of Operations. Haley has previously served on the boards of the Great Barrington Historical Society, Pittsfield Shakespeare in the Park, and the Bennington County Choral Society, and also previously served as a member of the Great Barrington Cultural Council.
