Michael A. Miller is the co-founder of Firestone Financial Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berkshire Bank, which provides equipment financing and vendor finance programs nationwide. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and ultimately Director of Firestone for a total of 35 years before retiring in 2010. Mr. Miller serves on the Board of Trustees as Clerk at Shakespeare & Company. He also serves on the Board of Directors with the New Center for Arts and Culture, based in Newton Centre, MA. In addition, he has served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as Chairman and Director of Brandeis University’s Hillel Advisory Council, and as a Director and Trustee for several banking institutions in New England. Mr. Miller is an attorney by profession.
